Q: Is it mandatory for us to hire your electricians to install your product?

A: No. You may hire your own electricians but we recommend that you hire our certified electricians who have been specifically trained to install our product lines.

 

Q: How long do the light bulbs last?

A: The light bulbs typically last for 50,000 hours. The warranty for the light bulbs are two years. The bulbs are exclusive to our organization and they cost $95 per bulb to replace outside the warranty period.

 

Q: How many different color options are there.

A: 14 different colors with 4 different settings.

 

Terms of service:

 

Orders: will only be accepted subject to Palm Tree Light Int’l approval.

Specification: Palm Tree Light Int’l make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the product guide, however due to continual product development reserve the right to amend specifications without notice.

Copyright: all information contained in the product guide may not be reproduced without prior consent.

Specials: are ordered on a strictly non-returnable basis.

Delivery: All delivery times are quoted in good faith. The company shall not be held liable for any cost incurred due to non-delivery by an agreed date.

Loss or damage: notification is required within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by the purchaser, either via our transport or a 3rd party carrier.

Returns: will not be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. Goods will be replaced or credited only upon inspection and approval by Palm Tree Light Int’l.

Consequential Loss: Palm Tree Light Int’l will under no circumstances be held liable for any consequential loss suffered by the purchaser due to non-delivery, breach of contract or omissions with reference to production loss of income and/or labor costs on a time basis.
